Show Notes

A throwback to last year’s highly acclaimed performance Mozart’s Requiem, a collaboration between Skånes Dansteater and Malmö Opera. A work that swept the audience through darkness, joy, sorrow and gratitude. Dancers Samuel Denton, Anette Jellne and Emma Välimäki talk about working with Örjan Andersson, one of Sweden’s most renowned choreographers, and share their experience of dancing side by side with Malmö Opera Chorus on one of Northern Europe's biggest stages.

You’ll get to hear a brief excerpt of Mozart's Requiem. Dancer Kristian Refslund guides you through a movement exploration with some of the tasks and imagery that were used in the creation.
